To deliver your favourite items we use PostNL and DHL.
If you have any questions about the delivery service, please email us at email@example.com and we will answer all your questions.
We will deliver your order within 1-3 working days. This only applies to orders within The Netherlands.
Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?
You will not be required to sign for your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by iDeal, creditcard Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Where can I find information about sizing?
You can find the size information at the product page. If you are unsure about your sizing please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide personal assistance in finding your perfect fit.
I haven’t received my order confirmation!
We will send you an order confirmation to your email with the details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, please contact us. Always make sure to enter the correct e-mail when completing your order!
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order. Returns can be accepted within 14 days after delivery. You can only return your items if they are unused and the hygiene protection (swimwear) is still intact and attached, as well as the tags. We don’t accept items without labels or hygiene protection (swimwear).
Where are your items manufactured?
All of our swimwear is proudly and ethically manufactured in The Netherlands and Portugal. We only work with partners who share our values and believe in ethical production. See the page 'Our Story' for more information!
