We accept all returns within 14 days, counting from the day you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging and their original condition including their tags and hygiene sticker (swimwear) and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. We recommend fitting your item over your underwear. We do not accept products that are used, worn or damaged. Return costs are not covered by JUNGL and original shopping charges are non-refundable.
