SHIPPING METHODS
Delivery
To deliver your favourite items we use PostNL and DHL. We will ship your order within 3 working days.
If you have any questions about the delivery service, please email us at info@junglamsterdam.com and we will answer all your questions.
Do I need to sign for my order when it arrives?
You will not be required to sign for your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by iDeal, creditcard Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
SIZING
Where can I find information about sizing?
You can find the size information at the product page. If you are unsure about your sizing please email us at info@junglamsterdam.com and we will provide personal assistance in finding your perfect fit.
ORDER
I haven’t received my order confirmation!
We will send you an order confirmation to your email with the details of your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours after your purchase, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find anything, please contact us. Always make sure to enter the correct e-mail when completing your order!
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order. Returns can be accepted within 14 days after delivery. Keep in mind, that we only accept return items that are unused. If there is any sign of marks, damage or usage on the item we do not accept it. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Please note, it is your responsibility to return the product and we do not cover any damage or lost packages on return items. Therefore, please make sure to wrap the package well to avoid any damage in the transit. If your return items get accepted, we will return the money back to the account you purchased the item with. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days from when we have received your package before the money is back on your account.

Where are your items manufactured?
Our items are lovingly tailored locally by our talented tailor, Mohamad, in Amsterdam. We place great importance on fair production practices and the transparency surrounding them. Mohamad, along with his skilled colleagues, carefully alters and refines each piece in his sewing atelier, ensuring that every garment meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

How do I care for my favourite items?
Blazers: dry clean only. Give some love.
Blouses: hand wash cold with similar colours. Max. iron temperature 110℃. Do not tumble dry. Give some love.
